Freight Damage Policy

Effective Date: June 15, 2026

This Freight Damage Policy applies to all purchases made from IronRidge LLC ("IronRidge," "we," "our," or "us").

INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon delivery and before signing any delivery receipt.

Before accepting delivery, customers should verify:

• The shipment quantity matches the delivery paperwork

• No visible damage is present

• Packaging is intact

• No items are missing

VISIBLE DAMAGE

If visible damage is present at the time of delivery:

• Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing

• Take photographs of the damaged product and packaging

• Retain all packaging materials

• Notify IronRidge as soon as possible

Failure to document visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt may affect the ability to recover damages from the carrier.

CONCEALED DAMAGE

Concealed damage is damage discovered after the shipment has been accepted and unpacked.

Customers must report concealed damage to IronRidge as soon as it is discovered and no later than five (5) business days after delivery.

Customers should:

• Retain all original packaging materials

• Take photographs of the damaged product and packaging

• Provide a description of the damage

• Preserve the shipment for possible carrier inspection

Failure to timely report concealed damage may limit or eliminate carrier claim eligibility.

SHORTAGES

Any shortages or missing items should be reported to IronRidge promptly after delivery.

Customers should retain all packaging materials and provide photographs when requested.

CARRIER CLAIMS

Freight carriers are generally responsible for damage occurring during transportation.

IronRidge will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with carrier claims by providing documentation and supporting information when available.

Carrier claim approval is subject to the carrier's policies, procedures, inspections, and determinations.

IronRidge cannot guarantee approval of any freight damage claim.
