Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to all purchases made from IronRidge LLC ("IronRidge," "we," "our," or "us").

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Warranty coverage varies by product and product category.

MANUFACTURER-BRANDED PRODUCTS

Products manufactured by third parties may be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms, warranty periods, and claim procedures are determined by the manufacturer and may vary by product.

Customers should refer to product documentation or contact IronRidge for warranty information applicable to a specific product.

IRONRIDGE-BRANDED PRODUCTS

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, IronRidge-branded products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, excluding wear items, consumable components, and products specifically identified as having different warranty terms.

This warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, store credit, or refund of the defective product, at IronRidge's sole discretion.

SURPLUS, OVERSTOCK, CLOSEOUT, AND DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS

Products identified as surplus, overstock, closeout, liquidation, discontinued, or similar classifications may not be eligible for manufacturer warranty coverage.

Such products are sold subject only to any warranty expressly stated on the product listing or accompanying documentation.

Unless otherwise stated, surplus, overstock, closeout, liquidation, and discontinued products are sold "as-is" without warranty beyond any warranty required by applicable law.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Customers requesting warranty consideration may be required to provide:

• Proof of purchase

• Product photographs

• Serial numbers

• Model numbers

• Installation information

• Maintenance records

• Inspection reports

• Additional documentation requested by IronRidge or the manufacturer

Products may be required to be returned for inspection before warranty eligibility can be determined.

IronRidge reserves the right to inspect products and determine warranty eligibility or rely upon manufacturer warranty determinations.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Improper installation

• Improper maintenance

• Improper storage

• Misuse

• Abuse

• Neglect

• Modification

• Unauthorized repairs

• Accidents

• Corrosion

• Normal wear and tear

• Use outside the manufacturer's specifications

• Damage caused by contamination, foreign materials, improper operating conditions, or improper storage

WEAR ITEMS AND CONSUMABLE COMPONENTS

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, wear items and consumable components are not covered by warranty.

Examples of wear items and consumable components include, but are not limited to:

• Rope packing

• Mechanical seals

• O-rings

• Gaskets

• Bearings

• Bushings

• Filters

• Belts

• Hoses

• Spray nozzles

• Packing materials

• Lubricants

• Sealing materials

• Other components subject to normal wear and replacement during routine maintenance

Normal wear, service life, maintenance intervals, and consumable component replacement are the responsibility of the customer.

IronRidge reserves the right to determine whether a component is considered a wear item or consumable component for warranty purposes.

LABOR AND INCIDENTAL COSTS

Unless specifically stated in writing by IronRidge or required by the manufacturer, warranty coverage does not include:

• Labor costs

• Installation costs

• Removal costs

• Downtime

• Lost profits

• Rental equipment

• Freight costs

• Travel expenses

• Consequential damages

Customers are responsible for all costs not specifically covered under an applicable warranty.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

Warranty remedies are limited to those authorized by IronRidge or the manufacturer and may include:

• Repair

• Replacement

• Store credit

• Refund

• Other approved remedies

No warranty claim shall exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

Damage occurring during transportation is governed by the IronRidge Freight Damage Policy and is not considered a warranty matter.

Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon delivery and report freight damage in accordance with the Freight Damage Policy.

PRODUCT SUITABILITY

Customers are solely responsible for determining product suitability for their intended application.

Product descriptions, specifications, recommendations, and technical information are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute engineering, installation, safety, or professional advice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IronRidge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or economic damages arising from the use, installation, performance, misuse, inability to use, or failure of any product.

In no event shall IronRidge's total liability exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

GOVERNING LAW

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

VENUE AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising under this Warranty Policy shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Jones County, Texas.

By purchasing products from IronRidge, customers consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

IronRidge reserves the right to modify this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.
